Circulatory System

I wrote this report a week ago for science. We are studying the human body, and had to choose and research a specific system.

The Circulatory System hase three parts: pulmonary(lungs), coronary (heart) and systemic (everything else). About 5 liters of blood are traveling through the body by blood vessels. Valves on the heart open only one way, so that the blood goes one direction. Blood takes oxygen to all of the body. If you didn't have it, you would die.

The top sketch is of the blood vessels in the leg and the bottom sketch is of the heart and where the blood goes.

  1. Wow, that is an intricate drawing and very interesting. Didn't God make us in a wonderful way! Thanks for the report. From it I learned some things I didn't know before! Love, GramE(heart)

  2. Connor, did you draw those?!! When I first saw them, I thought you must have cut & pasted them from something you found on line. What a good way to learn how the circulatory system works! Of course, I don't like to think about blood much. I'm squeamish. (You can look that one up.)
